ALLENTOWN – Sen. Jarret Coleman (R-16) is partnering with River Crossing YMCA, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley and the Bucks County Opportunity Council to host several local pop-up assistance hours focused on Property Tax/Rent Rebates (PTRR).

“It is important for our community to be able to access these services close to home,” Coleman said. “By being able to partner with River Crossing YMCA, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley and the Bucks County Opportunity Council, we are able to make opportunities such as rebates up to $1,000 more accessible.”

“Unlock Your Rebate” PTRR pop-up assistance hours are as followed:

“We’re excited to partner on this assistance program, helping our neighbors access this important information and resources,” shared Crystal Messer, VP of operations for River Crossing YMCA’s Lehigh Valley region. “The Y is committed to connecting our members, neighbors and participants to services that benefit their holistic wellbeing. We hope hosting this opportunity at an accessible venue like the Y furthers the connection between public officials and the benefits they can provide our neighbors.”

“Supporting older adults is a priority for United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, and we’re always looking for ways to make resources easier to access,” said Marci Lesko, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley President and Chief Executive Officer. “It’s a pleasure to partner with Senator Coleman and his team to help connect people with programs and services that can support their health, independence, and quality of life.”

“BCOC is thrilled to partner with State Senator Coleman in offering residents assistance with filing their Property/Rent Rebates. BCOC will provide information on our programs and answer any questions during the event,” said Danielle Bush, Bucks County Opportunity Council Volunteer and Community Connections Manager.
